Mass - Calibration
Floor Scales, Load Cells, Bench Scales/Laboratory Balances, Tank Levels, Check weigher using OIML E2, F1 and M1 weights
Flow - Calibration
(Liquids) flow meters- mass, magnetic, PD, vortex, orifice plate, variable area, turbine, Ultra Sonic 30 to 200 Kg/min and an overall capacity of 0.2 kg/min to 760 kg/min with ¼ inch, 1 inch & 2 inch meters.
Humidity & Dew Point - Calibration
Humidity Transmitters, Handheld Indicators, Data loggers from Range 5 to 95% RH, Dew point transmitters ranging from -50 deg C to + 50 deg C.
Analytical - Calibration
pH, Conductivity, Resistivity, Dissolved Oxygen, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Turbidity analysers, Redox monitoring and controlling systems from Ranges 0 to 14pH, 0 to 500mS
Dimensional/Mechanical measurement - Calibration

Wide Range of Digital Multi meters, Resistance/Decade Box, Process Meters, Amp Meters, Volt Meters, Megger, Clamp Meters.
Speed - Calibration
Agitators, Conveyors, Pumps, Vessel agitators, Variable speed pumps, timing devices Range: 10 to 100,000rpm.
Air Flow – Calibration
Air Flow transmitters, wind vanes, ranges 0 – 20 m/s
Valves – Calibration
Control Valves and on-off valves. (4 – 20 milli -amp/0 – 100 % travel)

Site standards and equipment that require vendor or specialised lab certification, this can be arranged and managed.
Temperature Mapping
Blackwater Instruments Ltd can provide a temperature mapping service for profiling an item or space over a specified time period. A temperature mapping survey of a space can reveal a great deal of information about the dynamics and performance of your installation. Examples are ware houses, fridges, cold rooms, ovens etc.
We also offer Environmental Monitoring Service; this may include assessing noise, temperature, humidity & air quality monitoring etc.
